West Coast Executive Forums
Formed and facilitated quarterly networking and educational forums for executives of emerging and prominent corporations in Portland, Burbank, and Los Angeles. These forums engaged more than 150 executives from high growth and Fortune 500 corporations - including Hewlett Packard, Nike, Universal Studios, Disney, Boeing, Hughes Aircraft, Epson, Nestle - and addressed: competitive workforce strategies, supportive strategies for female executives, recruitment and retention policies, and initiatives for sustainable growth, transition skills for corporate consolidations.
