She has hands-on experience as an effective executive in Fortune 500 companies, national and local government organizations and as an executive director of non-profit groups. She has also been a speaker at national and regional forums on effecting organizational and community leadership.

Ms. Witsil has an MBA in finance and marketing from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in New York and a BA in government from Smith College in Massachusetts. Ann lives in Portland, Oregon with her family, serves on various community and professional boards, and is an active athlete.
